Refunds policy

Unsuitable Products. If you need to return any products, please do so within 14 calendar days of receipt and we will either replace the product or refund your payment. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Products will not be refunded without the original receipt of proof of purchase. You will pay the return postage on the unsuitable product and postage & packaging if any replacement products are sent. This does not affect your statutory rights. Return of printed goods is at management's discretion.

Faulty goods/our mistakes. Please contact us if you have received any damaged, faulty or incorrect products. Credit notes can only be used via our Mail Order Service. They are valid for one (1) year of issue date.
