Cancelling Orders You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel, please write/fax/e-mail us within 7 days of placing your order. Cancellations may not be made by telephone. We do have the right to deduct the postage charge from your refund. How to Pay We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. If you are ordering from outside the UK you may pay with a credit card. Your card issuing company will convert the £ pounds sterling into your base currency at the current exchange rate. Details of the transaction will appear on your card statement. If you are an existing mail order customer, please provide us with your Account Reference/ID at checkout, as this will enable us to process your order with more efficiency. Please make sure you enter a valid email address in the checkout process; we may not receive your order if it is incorrect. Gift Vouchers Postage will be charged on all orders of gift vouchers. These are not electronic vouchers, therefore you will need to post them to us before we can use them as payment. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase, and can also be used at our shop, showroom or at any of the Bead Shows we attend. Delivery Once you have placed your order, our efficient Mail Order Team will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possibly. We usually dispatch orders within 2/3 working days, but please allow more time for larger orders and around busier times.
Adding to orders may not always be possible, but please note we will need to re-confirm credit/debit card details to cover the added amount. Most orders are dispatched by First Class Royal Mail. Orders over £40 in value and heavier items over 1.2 kg will be sent by courier and will need to be signed for. Orders sent by courier are usually delivered next day. Postage and Packaging Charges

Offshore Islands UK Deliveries outside the UK are calculated on an individual basis, please telephone for a quote. Out of Stock Items If any products are out of stock, they will be marked on your invoice and you will not be charged for them. Full payment will be taken from your credit/debit card and we will refund you for the out of stock items. Back Orders If larger or higher value products are out of stock when your order is processed, they will be put on back order. This means the items will be ordered in dispatched to you as soon as they arrive with us. You will be notified by email if any items have been back ordered when your order has been dispatched. Payment will be taken for the whole order at the time of processing, and will be held on your account until the back order is fulfilled. Special Orders As we cannot always hold stocks of all the products, some of the largest pack sizes may have to be special ordered. We keep a limited stock of the packs mentioned below, but please be aware it may take 3-4 weeks for delivery of the following items: Delica Beads 50g and 100g Returns Unsuitable Products - If you need to return any products, please do so within 14 calendar days of receipt and we will either replace the product or refund your payment. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Products will not be refunded without the original receipt of proof of purchase. You will pay the return postage on the unsuitable product and postage & packaging if any replacement products are sent. This does not affect your statutory rights. Return of printed goods is at management's discretion. Faulty goods/our mistakes - Please contact us if you have received any damaged, faulty or incorrect products. Credit notes can only be used via our Mail Order Service. They are valid for one (1) year of issue date. Business Customers If you have a Business or Tutor account with us, you can order from our online shop. Please include your account reference number, and we will apply the relevant discounts to your order. Prices All prices are in £ pounds sterling and include VAT at 17.5% where appropriate. Books and printed goods are zero rated for VAT. We reserve the right to alter any prices at any time.
Channel Islands and BFPO's are not charged VAT. All products are subject to availability. Free gifts sent with orders over £50 are subject to availability, we reserve the right to alter these products at any time. They will always be of the value stated on your order. Sizes and Measurements are approximate but we do try to make them as accurate as possible. Pack quantities are approximate. We try to ensure that the minimum pack quantity/ weight is achieved on average. Whilst we do our best to remove any misshapen or imperfect items during the packaging process, we cannot ensure that all items in the pack will be 100% perfect. Descriptions of Products - All beads are pictured in full colour as close to the actual beads as possible. Colour may vary from batch to batch. Colours may fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight or water. Semi-precious chips are actual semi-precious stones. Sterling Silver (STS) is real Sterling Silver. Other references to e.g. amethyst, gold, silver etc. are only descriptive of the colour and the products are not actually made of the material. Antique is a description of a product that looks antique. Euro Nickel Directives En1810, En1811, En12472. The majority of our metal findings and other beads comply with the directives. Those that do contain higher level of nickel are clearly marked. Data Protection We use any information supplied when placing your order for our own marketing and analysis. We do not sell, or share information with any third parties. We may contact you by telephone, mail or e-mail. If you do not wish us to do so, please let us know.
