The items you have ordered will be delivered to the shipping address you provide when you placing your order. If you havea separate billing address please enter this also.
Orders received before 12 noon (UK time) on a working day will be dispatched that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option. Terms & Conditions Apply. Monday is our busiest day so we dispatch all orders placed on friday-sunday as priority. If you have an urgent order on a monday please call us to check whether we are able to dispatch the same day.
When you click on the 'Go to Checkout' Button you will see the 'Shipping Method' box, you can then select how you wish to ship your order. The Shipping Methods displayed are unique to your location, dependant on your postcode in the UK, or your country. Shipping options within the UK have a fixed price, shipping options to Europe and the Rest of The World are calculated on the Gross Weight of your order. All shipping costs shown are price in GBP and are inclusive of the standard VAT rate.

Delivery, via 1st Class Royal Mail, within 1-3 days of dispatch. Orders normally dispatched via standard delivery unless another service has been selected at checkout.

Free Delivery is available when a customer spends over £30.00 and the parcel is under 2kg Gross weight, in a single transaction on our website. The goods will usually dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail. Free delivery is only available to UK delivery addresses; Republic of Ireland, Europe & Rest of the World are not included in the Free Delivery Scheme.

If you have not yet recieved your order, please contact us to confirm the delivery address and dispatch date. For missing parcels we recommend contacting your local sorting office first, incase they have attempted delivery and not left a card. Unfortunately we have to wait 15 working days after dispatch before Royal Mail will declare the parcel as missing, so if your order is urgent we recommend you pay a signed for delivery.
